Unfortunately we are not able to change the name on a booking. If the person named on the booking will not be attending then they will need to write a signed letter of authorisation to the named person collecting the tickets, including the below details:
“I *name of card holder* authorise *name of person collecting tickets* to collect the tickets from order number *booking reference* paid for by my card *last 4 digits of credit card used*.
The named person collecting the tickets will also need to bring valid photo ID along with the signed letter.
Please be aware if you are collecting a Merlin Annual Pass the card used for payment will ALWAYS be required and the pass/es will NOT be issued without it.
