Booking a field trip is easy and offers discounted rates for pre-booked, organized groups such as public and private elementary schools, daycare centers, scouts, summer camps, YMCAs, Parks & Rec Associations, and more.
📝 Booking & Payment Details:
- All bookings must be made online
- Tickets are timed and dated
- Payment is required at the time of booking via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or ACH)
- Invoices are not available at this time
- Groups without a reservation are not guaranteed entry and will be charged the walk-up rate
📧 After Booking:
- If your group is tax-exempt, email your exemption form and booking confirmation number to Boston@LEGODiscoveryCenter.com
- If your guest count changes, additional tickets may be purchased at the door with a credit card
- We are a cashless attraction—all purchases (VR experience, café items, souvenirs, etc.) must be made by card
- No outside food or beverages are allowed inside the attraction
🎟️ Ticket Policies:
- Tickets are valid only for the date and time selected
- If fewer guests attend than originally booked, you may receive a partial refund on the day of your visit
- Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 7 days in advance by emailing Boston@LEGODiscoveryCenter.com
- No refunds are available for unused tickets after your visit date has passed
