While day tickets are non-refundable, you may be able to reschedule your visit to a different date within 12 months of your original purchase.
To change your visit date:
- Log in to the My Account Portal using your order number and email address (or click the link in your confirmation email).
- Select the 'Booking Portal' link.
- Click 'Modify' next to the ticket you'd like to update.
- The portal will show available dates and how many times your ticket can be changed.
🎟️ If your ticket was purchased through a third-party provider, any changes must be handled directly with them.
